Summary: The staffs were friendly and nice. The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing. There were people smoking by the pool which was not pleasant otherwise good location and great med range hotel.

Summary: The customer service was a big negative. The hotel threw away my Menorah on Hanukkah, and then failed to take any responsibility or show any interest in compensation. Then, after I had forgotten something in the room after we left, they wanted to charge me 200 ILS to send it to me. And the receptionists were cold and uncaring. It felt as if the reception staff felt they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there.

Summary: We had a lovely few days at the Enjoy Dead Sea. We were there for 3 days over the Channukah holiday, with breakfast and dinner each day. The service was generally very good, and we especially enjoyed the hot pools in the spa. Our rooms were clean and well equipped, although one of the rooms had an unreliable air-conditioner. The meals were generally very good, especially the fresh main courses (meat, fish & veggie) and salads. Just a few things were not particularly fresh nor tasty: the sushi on the Friday night, and the deserts on Friday and Saturday night. As part of our deal we had “Club” benefits – which were not particularly well explained. On Friday and Saturday we were allowed into a Club lounge, which was very nice. On the Sunday the lounge was closed, and it took us a while to find out that were allowed some food and drinks at one of the cafes (not particularly comfortable or nice). Overall a very nice hotel, great location, good food and services.

Summary: The spa services were far superior than anything. I have experienced in other hotels in this area. The array of treatment options is on the level of any hotel anywhere, and the quality of the therapy staff superior as well. Also, the women at the reception desk were all pleasant and friendly as opposed to some of the rude abrupt Russian women in other hotels. Also, the pools are more impressive because they have these pressure waterfalls in both the hot Jacuzzi as well as the cold plunge. It is really good on the shoulders and back. It also has a steam room which several hotels do not have. The room is fine with a beautiful view, and the food was at least adequate. Probably could use a couple of touches to make it on par with other hotels, but it was fine.

Summary: this hotel is a disaster. the rooms are old. our shower was broken!! (room 629 for a case the hotel wants to check). the bar in the lobby offer nice food but the service was horrible and offensive. we left one day before checkout day even we didnt get any refund. we will never go back.
